All of our items are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality pieces are being sent to you. In the event that you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange for a replacement/refund.
Please bear in mind that returned items will be closely inspected to ensure there are no signs of wear/ damage and that they are sent back in their original condition and original packaging.
Please note refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Refunds and exchanges for personalised/ bespoke items will not apply.
We only exchange items if they are considered to be faulty.
Due to the very nature of our items being handmade with natural elements, colours and minimal visual details on each piece may vary slightly. These do not qualify as faulty. Each piece is unique and not exactly the same as any other.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we are happy to process a refund/exchange within 28 days. Please contact us through our Contact Us page or directly through the email provided.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item you are sending back to us is faulty. All shipping must also be traceable to avoid the items going missing. Living Gold will not be responsible for items going missing in transit.
Any duties or taxes that may be incurred during shipment to will be the customer’s responsibility to fulfil.
Delivery times and estimates vary depending on destination and are outside of our control, particularly for international orders. Dispatch timeframes for bespoke orders will be agreed on a case by case basis. Things such as complexity of details and order quantities can influence this timeframe. We will however be able to ensure your expectations and requirements are met and will discuss this with you prior to any final agreement.
